Jaina Pallasigui

Chief Operating Officer

Jaina Pallasigui is the Chief Operating Officer of Oasis Housing Co, leveraging over 13 years of experience in project management and operations to drive the company’s rapid growth. With a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from UCLA and a Master in Public Health (MPH) from California State University Long Beach, she built a strong foundation in process optimization, team management, and problem-solving.

During her career in public health, she secured over $5 million in funding through grant writing, which created jobs and sustained critical public programs. Her ability to manage complex projects, streamline operations, and scale teams has been instrumental in making Oasis Housing Co an impactful contributor in the temporary housing industry.

As a real estate investor and coach, Jaina brings hands-on experience in property management and investing. She owns nine long-term rentals in Indiana, is a limited partner of the luxury wellness boutique hotel – Terra Palm Springs, and runs a cohosting company managing short-term and mid-term rentals in San Diego, CA, Houston, TX, Montgomery, AL, and Euclid, OH. She also serves as a coach and community manager for HelloRentals, a real estate community that teaches investors how to purchase and manage rental properties out of state. 

At Oasis Housing Co, Jaina plays a critical role in scaling the business, designing efficient systems that have substantially increased lead flow, and hiring and training a growing team to support expansion. She oversees daily operations, vendor relationships, and process improvements, ensuring the company delivers fast, reliable housing solutions for displaced families and corporate clients.

Beyond her work in real estate and public health, Jaina has a passion for helping others build wealth and experience financial freedom. On her Instagram @Jaina_Anne, she teaches investors how to leverage their real estate portfolios and business expenses to travel the world for nearly free through travel hacking. She is also a sports correspondent for an international media bureau, primarily covering the Lakers and Clippers. Jaina’s diverse expertise, problem-solving mindset, and passion for service make her a driving force behind Oasis Housing Co’s mission to provide exceptional temporary housing solutions nationwide.

Roeben Garcia

Roeben Garcia

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Roeben Garcia is the Founder and CEO of Oasis Housing Co, bringing over 18 years of sales experience, including 15 years in the insurance industry and success in tech sales working with federal government agencies and Fortune 500 companies into a growing provider of temporary and corporate housing solutions.

With a lifelong passion for real estate, development, and hospitality, Roeben transitioned into the mid-term rental space, quickly growing his portfolio to over 30 rental properties under management. He founded Oasis Housing Co with a mission to help families in crisis find safe, comfortable housing while they rebuild their homes. Since launching, his company has placed over 100 families in temporary housing nationwide, working closely with landlords and property owners to create mutually beneficial opportunities.

Roeben leads the sales and acquisitions team, with plans to expand Oasis Housing Co into the corporate housing sector and government contract space. Under his leadership, the company generated $650K in gross sales within the first nine months and continues to grow.

He also provides consulting services to help property owners maximize ROI and visibility in the furnished rental market.

At the heart of Roeben’s success is his ability to build lasting relationships and deliver on his commitments. He believes that Oasis Housing Co’s reputation is built on trust, flexibility, and truly caring for the families and partners they serve. By creating win-win solutions for both tenants and property owners, he has positioned the company to be a future leader in the temporary housing industry. His vision is to continue scaling the business while maintaining a high standard of service and integrity.

Beyond his work, Roeben is deeply family-oriented and committed to setting an example of integrity, service, and leadership for his children. He enjoys traveling, personal development, staying active, and exploring national parks with his family. His long-term vision includes global travel and philanthropic efforts, continuing to create a lasting impact beyond real estate.

Macy Mamon

Account Manager

With a strong background in customer service, client acquisition, and operations, Macy Mamon brings a wealth of experience to her role as Account Manager at Oasis Housing Co. She has worked with major global brands like Amazon and Booking.com, specializing in guest experience, relocation support, and policy coordination. Her expertise in business development, team leadership, and virtual assistance makes her a key player in optimizing housing placements for displaced families.

At Oasis Housing Co, Macy focuses on sourcing properties that align with insurance claims, ensuring they meet budget, location, and client requests. She also coordinates property tours, negotiates lease agreements, and streamlines communication between landlords and tenants. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, Macy helps families transition smoothly into comfortable, temporary homes.

Outside of work, Macy loves staying active—whether it’s playing volleyball or expressing herself through dance, a passion she’s had since starting ballet at just six years old. She also enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. A lifelong learner, she’s always been drawn to Social Studies, appreciating the stories and lessons from history that shape the world today.

Ana Portugal

Account Manager

Ana Portugal plays a vital role in securing temporary housing for displaced families and ensuring smooth operations between insurance companies, property owners, and tenants. With a strong background in property management and client relations, she is committed to delivering efficient, high-quality housing solutions with a focus on speed, organization, and exceptional service.

Ana is responsible of the way during the housing placement process assisting with insurance claims, ensuring families are placed in homes quickly and efficiently while being matched to properties that best cater to their needs. She maintains landlord partnerships, keeping a robust database of property owners and managing lease agreements for seamless transactions. With expertise in guest communication, shemakes sure families are well-informed every step of the way during the housing placement process. 

Outside of work, Ana is a devoted first-time mom, mastering the balance between late-night productivity and daytime baby snuggles. Her days are filled with early morning giggles, problem-solving for clients, and quality time with her Golden Retriever—her loyal sidekick in both work and mom life. When she finds a moment to unwind, she loves horror movies, documentaries, and true crime podcasts, always up for a good mystery.

Diane Apura

Operations Specialist

Diane Apura is a dedicated Operations Specialist with a diverse background in customer service, virtual assistance, and client acquisition. With experience across industries like healthcare, e-commerce, and design services, she has honed her skills in process optimization, documentation management, and customer support.

At Oasis Housing Co, Diane ensures operational efficiency, handling tenant and property documentation, streamlining workflows, and improving client communication. Her experience in insurance verification and claims processing makes her an asset in coordinating housing placements for families in need. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering smooth and stress-free experiences, Diane helps keep operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.

When she’s not managing operations, Diane brings energy and excitement as a freelance party host, with nearly seven years of experience making events—especially kids; parties—fun and memorable. She loves bringing joy to children, creating moments that make them smile. Known for her lively and humorous personality, Diane thrives on meeting new people and spreading positivity. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and getting lost in a great story on screen, always appreciating the art of storytelling and entertainment.
